Apart from 40 att and 41 wc... you dont need the 40 att to wield the axe only the wc lvl umm actually you do need 40 attk to wield any rune item, and correct me if im wrong, but a rune axe is a rune item :lol:

ok thanks, i was only wondering because i see some people only using the flail, or with only one piece of armour, and i dont see the point unless you get the affects, i mean, might as well buy dragon right? anyway thanks a bunch

do you need the full set of one barrows to get the affects the armour and weapons offer, such as if i bought a guthans helm, and only the guthans helm, would it still heal me? if so would it heal less damage? and if i bought a veracs helm or mace, would it still hit thorugh prayer and armour? if so would it be less or still at the same rate?

again that could have been random chances, i dont think jagex increased the amount of randoms we get, because then it wouldnt really be random would it
