Not true at all, im taking grade 11 biology atm and we have discussed several differen't types of food poisening such as Salomella, Bochulism, and E-Coli. You can get any type of poisening from any food, and I really really doubt that fruits and such have a better chance at getting poisening, although it may be from the pestisides that they are sprayed with to keep the bugs off, it all depends on how well they are cleaned
