the requirments for this quest are pretty high - higher then devious minds three lvl 60+ stats

um id pickpocket a man untill i have enough money 4 a bronze pik then i would mine 27 pure ess go world 66 and get laws untill i have enough 2 sell for 50k and sell them then i would buy 1k pure ess and make deaths and go on from there

Umm actually it is a colour. it absorb all the blue, red and green light and reflecting the rest which is nothing casuing it to look black
