for herblore i'd say kill alkrid knights there is a bank close too and they drop lvl 1 clue if ya feel like doing it. i am 62 or 63 herblore

if you want and ez way to get pouches is use fairy rings with the combination ARL it is an area like the abyssal plane but instead no skull and less monsters they also spawn quick.

To Be quite Honest my friend You should not report anyone unless you are certain that he did drop-trade and since you cannot prove it jagex would ingore the report and most likely note your account as a player that makes flase reports I am not saying that he didn't. Heck he could use that armor on a lvl 100+ then drop trade it to the 27 to show off then drop trade it back but i don't know that and nobody else here does so don't tell people to falsely report players that is just plain rude. I mean for all we know he has a nice friend that he made a legal (but stupid) trade of I dunno a tuna for full drag... on his main to a friend and then the same trade to the 27. I could care less what the story is just please don't tell other players to report players when they cannot prove thier wrong doing.
