I know this is an epic bump, but I just saw the finale of series 2 (vengeance) and it was incredible. Has anybody else been keeping up with the series? I'm now left wanting more, I can't wait until the next series is made.

Has anybody else noticed how 'risqué' the simpsons has become in the last few seasons? I've seen quite a few episodes including heavy drug references, but recently they've become a lot more direct. But also, having just watched the 500th Episode, I'm wondering if the makers are just seeing what they can put in before people complain. At one point in this episode, homer called a crowd of Springfield residents '"Jerks". Mayor Quimby replied "maybe we are all jerk", to which Chief Wiggum approached with a can labelled 'jerk off' saying "want me to spray you with some jerk off?" It seems like something that can't have been added by accident. Also, I liked how they know there are a lot of people who claim to really hate the new episodes as at the end of the 500th, a screen showed something along the lines of "thanks for watching the 500th episode, now go outside and get some fresh air before going online and saying how terrible this episode was".

A great many of us played at the lower levels without grinding. I would also bet a great many didn't know a thing about the endgame at the time. We all found the game fun, through quests, socialising, lower level minigames etc. Just because you don't find the hundreds of hours of content laid out over the last 10 years fun, then it does't give you the right to simply skip it. Again, nobody is forcing anybody to do anything. Don't like it? Don't play it. You gain the ability to do the endgame content by playing the game, it is a reward for the effort of playing.
