I REALLY wish I had high level farming so I didn't have to walk down to Port Sarim every time I wanted to play Pest Control. In fact, I really wish I had high levels in all those skills, for all the reasons you just mentioned, and because...then I would have high levels in all those skills. Yeah, take Dharoks or a D Scimmy to World 78 Pest Control, train on the portals and monsters as well as spend your points on strength, you'll get a lot of exp.

Yeah, Ogres are good if you don't care about money. For slower but less expensive exp with better drops, try Fire Giants in the waterfall.
