you don't pay the runner in 66, you give them laws and there ess back in note form. The only way you lose money is if you buy the ess. Yes 99 is more cost effective, but lot less runners there. thats not right... you do pay the runner... you dont give them their ess back you give them free ess in exchange for their ess.. and craft that for laws and theirfor you ARE loosing money... your loosing pure ess.. but you are right w 99 has a lot less runners but is cheaper no i am right you don't pay the runner its ffl, fast free laws, you give them there ess back in noted form and however many laws, and like i said you are NOT losing money unless you buy the pure ess Yes he is correct. you dont give them back the same ess u give them the noted ess you have

skills are good but so is money. I think money is for cool new stuff not for buying skills. Skills u can earn without money.

get those stats up. no offence but for ur level i think those are pretty bad. id get all ur stats up to the 60s (at least the easy ones). But its ur call most of all have fun. cause thats what this games about.
