there are these things called lecturns in player owned houses. with them you can make tablets with soft clay and the runes that it requires. different lvl lecturns make different lvl skills. They are p2p only. If you want to use my house i can make fally and varrock teles.

or they could just be to show off that you have a 99 stat. shure there might be some bonuses but the main reason would be to show off.

they give like 5 more xp so there worth it. but other quest rewards are good too

i love it when someone asks this question. :3> Ok this way is easy and free. but there is no profit. You camp at crafting guild mining clay and making plant pots or pot lids (if you have dont one small favour) this way you get 1k xp every 6 minutes :D

if u got high str. bring a rune scimmy andd r2h use scimmy and when they get low health quickly use r2h and attack fast. and bring str. pots if u want.

members dungeon there are lots of safespots and u can usualy find an empty worlds as there are 2 lvls.

hell hounds are good to 60 or 70 and u can camp there for a loooooong time as they dont drop anything but scrolls and thats pretty rare.
