Doesnt work that way buddy, the fine for managers is if they allow people to blatantly smoke on their pemises, if some guy sneaks a smoke in the back and gets caught, then AFAIK he gets hit with the hefty fine. Thats how it works here in Ireland anyway

Ireland was the first european country to establish a ban on smoking in public places countrywide. It takes getting used to, and encouraged an awful lot of people to give up because of having to leave pubs etc to go outside and smoke in the rain. Only places where smoking is still allowed here indoors is hotels/care homes/prisons AFAIK

Ok before im flamed, im going to apologise in advance and ask not to be flamed as ive only just discovered this after not playing for months, was in wilderness this morning at Greater Demons n upon my way out discovered like a little maze at the very west of the wilderness at like lvl 45? i checked the wilderness map on tip.it but could not find this area on it, its not the lava maze before anyone suggests this, and just a few levels down from this i was suprised to find 2 lobster fishing spots??? Any info would be appreciated

Depends on your levels i guess, i found shark fishing alot easier for some reason and made a fair bit of money from it

im probably the noobiest level 90 there is but a good while back i didnt pay attention while i was showing off my stuff on rs and lost ALOT of money(probably got beat to death by a random event)

Its only 20 lobs, i can fish it again in 2 minutes!

Some one found a way to duplicate party hats and theres was TONS of party hats flying around and it brought their value way down!!

Could be the wrong board alright, ii guess i could do the extra 6 lobs thought, just thought 20 sounded like a nice even number :oops:
