It's been a while...
As you can see from the two pics I have been pretty slow gaining levels. Had a couple of years break, now playing more regularly. New plans: Get more 99s Regain quest cape, it is sitting in my POH but I have about 50 quests to do :S August 2007 - Last skill total photo I had August 2011 - 4 years on, only got that extra hunter level by accident :-)

Dungeoneering Rewards
When digging up fruit or normal trees the 5% chance applies to dead and living trees. I have had three pineapple and one curry seed back when digging up live trees. i think most of them were from the Catherby patch, but I doubt that makes a difference.

About a work related injury, and other stuff. need advice
You need to get your accident written in the accident book this must be a BI510 (social security) and because you were off for more than 3 days (starting the day after the injury) your employer must report it to the enforcing authority to comply with RIDDOR (Reporting of injuries diseases and dangerous occurences) I would tell them this. You need to see if your employer has any risk assessments and if you are under the age of 18 they need to have a specific young persons risk assessment. What is the companies arrangement for spilliages is it in thier health and safety policy (which they must have if they employ five or more people.) As far as claiming goes you have 3 years to claim from the day of the injury in this case. If you really struggle I recommend finding the number of your local enronmental health officer (will be normally within your local council) and talk to them as they have remit over the catering trade in England. I can offer more advice if required, feel free to pm. That is assuming as I have done you work in England.
