I beat him with careful prayer switching, a super set, and a handful of sharks. I'd definitely recommend a familiar; there were several points when the boss beat up on my terrorbird instead of me, giving me valuable time to heal/pot. As far as weaponry, I got by with a whip and dds for specs. If you have a gs, you should be able to pwn. Don't give up!

Whew! Done! That was an awesome quest. :thumbsup: Probably the only time I'll hit a 128 with my whip, too. :D

I played a few rounds and got enough points for a full set of the armor and a morphic tool. It's fun, but the lack of xp for skillers kills it for me. If it's supposed to be a game for skillers and killers, BOTH groups should get xp, not just the killers. I probably won't go back, except maybe to recharge the tool. :?

I don't particularly like Runescape chores, so I only do ToG and MTK regularly. I do stars & jade vine whenever I feel like it, penguins when I happen to find them, and seaweed/pineapples/battlestaves/sand only when I'm training farming/crafting. I did circus religiously until I got full ringmaster; without that incentive, I'm not motivated enough to go anymore. :?

Some friends of mine brewed cider in their dorm room...on a supposedly dry campus :-w . I don't know exactly how they did it, so I can't offer advice, but it came out surprisingly drinkable. \

Mage him with the highest earth spell you can, and wear armor with high pray & mage bonuses. I tried meleeing him and got owned; then I went back with monk robes, mystic hat/boots/gloves, and lotsa prayer pots and beat him fairly easily with earth blast at lv 64 mage. Good luck!

I was doing a barrows run earlier today, and something weird happened. Torag's was my tunnel mound, so I killed the other 5 brothers in their crypts, then headed down to the tunnels. I get a good kill count and make my way the the center room. Torag hadn't shown yet, so I got ready for him, opened the chest, and...no Torag. I thought your 6th brother always spawned at the chest if he didn't spawn at a door first. Is this normal? Is it a bug? Am I just lucky? :)
