simply because people find hi-alching bows a good way of making money. Also, I think that inflation has stopped for now, thanks to several money draining updates by jagex a few months ago.

79 isnt the only amount of damage available, 79 may be a little too hard to get, but that dosent mean that so is doing 70. The only thing thats a problem is having below 5hp and the fire cape, without those 2 you can still do way more damage than in any of those spells, they both need 99 mage/str, both need stat boosting potions, and both need good equipment, but meele can nearly double the damage!

I dont know much about programming, but I do have a good suggestion for programmers who enjoy making rs related programs. A Buddy creator: Works similar as you create your character on tutorial island, and in most other games similar. The middle has your buddy image, and on left side are arrow keys which you use to rotate clothing/weponry for each part of the buddy (head/neck/chest/back/left hand/right hand/legs/feet) on the right are the same amount of arrow keys, swich the type of clothing/weaponry. For example, you choose to have a party hat one your head with the arrows to the right, and choose color of party hat on the left arrows. Or you decide to have a chainmail on the chest, youse the arrows to the right to do that, and on the left, choose the metal of chainmail you want. This seems pretty simple, and I wonder why nobody has made this before.

They would not dominate in anyway, you wouldnt see every mage using those spells, infact, youll be lucky to even see one in action. Meele highest hit is 79! way above any of the spells suggested on this thread, yet that hasnt overpowered meele. Even tho doing 70+ isnt hard at all, considering drarock dosent cost much, espechially not compared to the prices of the spells mentioned. Its also takes a short time to buy a dharock set, and once you got one you dont need to worry about anything else exept the repair costs, which are very low compared to the initial price, or the price of the runes needed for the folowing spells (repairing a barrow set is a little over 300k per 15 hours of combat btw). Now im not saying theese spells are entirely perfect, they could use a little "de-powering" but overall, theyre quite fine and would not cause dominance to any class of combat. Also theres a good reason the why the seercull bow was introduced, opposing seercull bow user can easly disable you from using most of those spells. PS: some people seemed offended by me using the word "gullable" so I removed it, no need for extra trouble.

I am pretty sure that you can get rune full hel,s from him, very rarely. Best ive gotten tho is a couple of teeth halves.

thats not bad. But wouldnt most people wear original aurmour since its stats are about the same of rune? Im pretty sure most people with 70 slayer have some d items or barrows, you would beed to add some effect to make it useful.

notice the cost of casting theese spells, I did mention that they will be very rarely used, which is because they will be very unavailable, and pricey. Even if you can easly afford it, it will still be hard to buy them, and will drain your money very fast. For the very few times you do use it, it will assist you greatly. By the way, why are you telling me the definition of gullable?

of course hi-alchemy is what caused inflation a few months ago, but that seems to be back to normal now. I brought it over 10mil into runescape about half a year aog. :P

There is one important thing you failed to mention that will answer your own question. The future of runescape is expanding faster than anything else.

you see, jagex is strongly against promoting religion and belief.

Making money implies profit (or counterfeiting :P), so whatever Jagex made, it was $2.5m - expenses. it really doesnt matter because you guys are assuming all the people who play are members, which they arent :P there are 3+mil players, and 500k subscribers.
