Both Low, Medium and High leveled characters. I personally used the al kharid warriors until around 40 combat Than went to pirates, hobs, hill giants etc. til around 60 combat Than went to the 45 skeletons in the karamja volcano til around 80 Than it was ice warriors/giants from than on..
