It was done to me at this exact location....also people attempt it on me every time I go here to train (Which is alot..I am 86 ranged). So if this is an often used method of killing players, why should anyone feel bad about it? Just because someone did it to you doesn't make it just as right for you to do it to somebody who probably forgot their sheild. The reason you should feel bad about it is because doing something like that is just plain horrible... =;

So I'm running laws on world 99 so I can train magic, And right before I get off the boat to get back on Port Sarim from Entrana, I notice a portion of a ladder just floating in space. I have no idea what its supposed to be for or where it leads to, I just know its there and No way to get to it. Here is a picture: P.S.
