You have to first find out why you got hacked in the first place. Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and scan with it to remove any possible keyloggers on your computer. THEN you can focus on changing your recoveries, passwords, etc. If you decided to give your account information to someone else or if you leave it in a place where it's easily accessible (or even if you have recovery questions/account information that's easily guessable) then that could be the reason why your account was accessed and cleaned.
