People don't need incentives to get out of poverty. From personal experience, welfare (at least in Canada) does not give you enough to live on. You cannot afford even a small apartment with welfare, nevermind food plus other expenses. If you're lucky enough to get on disability then maybe you can afford those things. Then what? It's not a life to live. I know for certain it's not fun. Many people want to get jobs, but they get discriminated against because they have disabilities. Sure, it's against the human rights code, but it still happens regardless. If anyone tries to get employment, the only jobs available or call centers or jobs at Wal-Mart which pay less than what disability offers. The only way you can get people out of poverty is by creating jobs. You don't create jobs by slashing taxes. In theory it works, yes, but in practice it doesn't[1]. All it does is put more money into the pockets of the rich, and the middle class and lower get poorer and poorer. More tax cuts means more services cut, which in Canada means things such as healthcare or other important services that many people take for granted. Please don't pretend that you know what it's like to be in poverty. It's not a fun experience at all. I can vouch for that.

They enjoy doing it, so they do it. The Wilderness is a free-for-all place. If you don't want to take the risk, don't enter it.

A shame to hear about what happened, but Jagex will not refund your items or XP. The best thing you can do now is concentrate on keeping your computer secure as well as your account by changing the recovery questions, etc. They gained access to your account somehow, just don't let it happen again.

Training prayer won't take that long. So I'd just train the Prayer first. And as a recommendation, I'd buy more than what's calculated by the calculator. This way if you mess up by accidentally burying bones instead of using them on the altar, you will have more to fall back on.

I don't mean just leader either. Anyone on the officials team is well established in the clan and has been there for a while. Otherwise they wouldn't have that rank. I doubt they'd be willing to give ranks out from the start.

If you leave your email public in your profile on Runescape forums (such as here on Tip.it) they can get your email. I have removed mine from my profile and haven't received any fake Jagex emails since. As a golden rule, I do not click links in my email. I'd rather hear about it in my message center or on the Runescape front page.

I agree with the Prayer idea. Getting an SS or a ZS really isn't that necessary right now.

It depends on what you intend. Cartoons are often surreal and not realistic, so they can pretty much go anyway you want them to be. If you are aiming for that, then I like it because it has a unique style. (Although I don't watch much TV anymore, so don't quote me on that.)

I can read and write cursive easily. I guess my Grade 1 and 2 teachers were pretty much perfectionists so forced us to learn it.

To be fair, I don't think many would be willing to let someone get clan leader off the bat just for a website. Most clans (if not all) already have stable leaderships. Good luck regardless.
