The reason why they're censoring the site because it breaks the rules according to Jagex. You have to draw the line somewhere. Sure, it is different from some RWT or bot trading site, but still, at the end of the day, it breaks the rules. Tip.it is not here to make your lives miserable, they just enforce the rules that they set forth. If they start to lax on them, then what should be allowed next? Botting and RWT sites? Jagex customer support sucks, quite frankly, and I'm sure we can all agree on that. However, anything regarding that should be directed at them. I do know how much it sucks and because of that I know that you're not doing anything for anything malicious. I mean, you guys have a community set up for for a specific purpose, and it does its job well. You just want that community to grow. So the site in general didn't do anything wrong morally, it's just one of those victims of Jagex's poor customer support system. Just be sure to look at it from Tip.it's standpoint too. They don't want to be a site that endorses RuneScape rule breaking, especially if they've been specifically told by Jagex that they are indeed against the rules. Your best bet would be to contact them in some form or another. Some of you have contacts other than those provided such as the high level forum or the PMod forums... I think the latter would work considering how PMods are supposed to be there to enforce the rules, and if you have a question towards it then there shouldn't be any problems. Just my two cents anyway.
