It all depends on the situation. Take two situations: someone flames someone on Youtube, then they report them to the police for flaming them. That's an example of an overreaction. That's the only thing I have problems with. Another situation where they gained access to their phone number or personal information and started harassing them and causing problems is something that should be looked into. That's something that (in my opinion anyway) should be taken to the police.
