It fixes itself after a little while. Although you can try clearing your cache and trying a different browser if it keeps up. Although sometimes it doesn't fix it because it's a server-issue I think since we're on a CDN now.

Personally, I wouldn't be surprised, but I agree with Omali on this one. It will also be difficult to implement considering the current system. It would require quite a bit of extra coding that would take a while to implement.

From what happened, it was probably something that they had in the vehicle that they were trying to hide. Nevertheless, what happens with major incidences such as this, people try and copy them. Since they cause so much destruction and mayhem, it often plants the idea to do it again. Then whenever it happens again, they are reminded again about the original incident.
