My clues always suck, so you're not alone. Nice work on soloing corp though.

It's not even that customizable. If it was something similar to Minecraft then maybe it'd work out better. Don't think it'd be possible though.

The farthest we've gone is Tier 4 I think. Was nice free Smithing levels every week though.

Too much effort for little and cheesy rewards. Jagex likely thinks Citadels are still a big deal. What Jagex doesn't seem to understand is that the clans that matter (DF, RSD, TT...) don't care about them at all.

You need to be staff to receive a custom title. Or win a contest. It's because staff are unable to participate in competitions.
