Your combat lvl is dependent upon seven skills: attack, strength, defence, hit points, prayer, magic and range. And yes you are able to have str or def above your combat lvl.

Just happened to me for the first time but it only took a couple seconds for everything to show up, i think its just lag.

Actually, i have noticed the same thing as well. It says that I should be able to hit 16 at 75 strength with a rune scimitar and strength ammy using defensive but the highest i was able to hit was 15, trust me i trained my def from 70-75 so im sure i should have been able to hit at least one 16 if it were possible.

Maybe try the goblin village located north of falador, those should be pretty easy.

I think making airs is one of the best ways for two reasons. 1. The air altar isnt very far from a bank (east falador bank). 2. It can be quite profitable depending on your rc level. Minds might be a good way if you also want to raise your magic level. But probably bodies would be the fastest.

Ive heard ppl saying that it is and that it isnt members only, I think it is members only since I have never seen a single f2per with it and I also have never seen anyone selling gilded armour on f2p worlds.
