Any ideas what the monsters in it will be? Or what the reward armor is? Personally, I hope the armor is colored boots, but I'll be glad whatever it is. F2P finally gets an update! I hope its colored boots too.

I may not be the most knowledgeable person when it comes to economics, but I don't see how it could be possible to measure things like GDP, inflation, consumer price index, etc... I'm sure you already know this, but GDP is the market value of all final goods and services produced within a country, or in this case, within the game in a given period of time, I really don't see how it would be possible to measure this considering there really is no practical way of quantifying everything created by players, generated in stores, etc. GDP per capita would require figuring out at least a ballpark estimate of the population of runescape, which in itself would be a huge task on its own, but when you consider ppl that start multiple accounts and ppl that get banned/quit/hacked/etc. it would become nearly impossible. CPI would require a "typical basket of goods and/or services" bought by typical players, which i dont think even exists. Money supply would also be very difficult to measure since with the introduction of construction im sure a large amount of money is being drained out every day with not nearly enough being generated to balance this. And I dont even see how it makes sense to measure commodity value since, unless i was taught the wrong definition, is the value of the land. And of course theres gonna be a huge income inequality since theres tonnes of "newbs" coming into the game every day and when you compare them to the top players of course theres gonna be a huge gap. And of course inflation would require knowledge of GDP or CPI, which as i already stated doesnt seem possible to even get a reasonable estimate. I don't wanna seem like a doubter, or anything cause this sounds pretty interesting if you could pull it off, but it seems to me at least, not very thought out when you consider the variables involved. I'm just going off my current knowledge of economics, so maybe theres some stuff that you know that I don't, but anyways, I would be very interested to see how this turns out so be sure to post your findings, hopefully you can prove me wrong.

I was thinking of a new reportable offence, harassment. I have encountered "harassers" in many different situations from training at moss giants to mining in the mining guild. They just start conflicts for no good reason and often times you cant report them because they are careful not to use reportable language, but then they keep provoking you enough so that you may use profanity and then they report you for offensive language. Just yesterday I was training magic at the moss giants and there was a lvl 73 and 74 there, and i am lvl 87. So the lvl 73 asks me for a law rune and i say no, while the lvl 74 is constantly calling me noob because im using fire strike, pretty soon they both start ganging up on me constantly making nonsensical statements about me and just plain being offensive but not using language that i can report them for. Now i realize the ignore list is there for a reason, but I feel that people like those i described are making the game less enjoyable and should be brought to the attention of jagex.

I see the price of full zammy range from 2.4-2.7 mil on world 1. The helm alone is about 400-450k.

It has the best stat bonuses out of all the capes, and it is the only animated cape. However, I believe the animation only works on member worlds.

So i'm training my runecrafting, i'm crafting minds so i use the path that goes through the wild between the mind altar and the edgeville bank. On one of my runs this guy starts attacking me, guess its to be expected since its the wild, so i turn on protect from melee but he still keeps hitting me. So my question is, how did he keep hitting me even when i had protect from melee on? Btw, i still managed to get away :P

Go to the official runescape forums. Under item discussion there is a price guide thread, that is what i usually use.

There have been several threads asking this same question. You get the ying yang amulet from the make over mage and yes they are f2p and they have no stat bonuses.

I think the dragon pick is a definite possibility for the future, its just a matter of time.

Mining rune ess is also a good way of getting randoms.
