  1. do you have a firewall, router, proxy connection, or anything that could be blocking the webpage?
  2. Okay, first off... what is the website, because it could be harmful to your computer (unless it is 3 hit u's videos) In which case, there is nothing special about them... nothing to get hype about... ...so you don't have to be 'blinking mad!!11!1111!11    '
  3. Well, as soon as I figure out what you are trying to say... I will try to help :?
  4. Try setting firefox as your default browser
  5. There is nothing wrong with your ocmputer or anything... this is just because of jagex, it is there fault. They don't support sound for other browsers, therefore you won't hear the sounds while using firefox... its fine by me, the sounds are lame anyways
  6. Oh geez lol, ill get mike to put a link up on icefuzion.net to it then. Good idea, great point. And because of the info provided about meta tags in here, i wont include them either, since they dont matter. Well, meta tags are stull useful, just not to google and such... besides, they can't hurt so you might as well use them
  7. Err... I don't know of any but i you are going to resell it make sure the user knows that there is no operating system installed in it, not that they are getting jipped... Also, in that case that your going to put a OS on it, and then sell it... well that is considered illegal by one of the thousands government oganizations which has some 3 letter shortening of the name... Since you would be violating some user terms of agreemnts end user lisence blah blah blah... Not that I am against it, I am just giving you a heads up
  8. Post a HiJackThis log first, so we can see if there is any junk running that doesn't need to be. Then google up your processes, and you should find sites that have a list of processes of stuff, and it will tell you if that process is needed, not needed, a virus, spyware, ect. When you google it I think it should be like Iamnotageek.com or something along those lines... well once your at the site you can look up any process just by typing in the name into the search field (sorry if that is a little vague, but I am sure another member of this forum will be able to clarify it a little better) Also, check out http://www.blackviper.com for some awesome setups for windows 2000 and windows XP pro & home editions, his tips can elimnate uneeded processes and save you some precious RAM, which will also help you boot up quicker... sorry if I made a load of typos... lol
  9. Just upload the songs to geocities or freewebs, fairly simple and you should be able to figure it out. Then place a link on the home page to the files for people do download...uhh... legaly
  10. It will most likly cost over 600... uhh euro's or whatever, for an entirely new system... however the one you have now isn't that bad unless your in it for gaming, or some hardcore video editing or something of the like that would require alot of CPU and RAM... but yea, look at the stickies up top, theres tons of great and trusted sites to pick from that ship all over the world
  11. Google doesnt use meta tags ;) Nor do several other search engines nowadays I always add them but they dont make much difference anymore *shocked* Wow, didn't know that... thanks for that tidbit of information
  12. IT shouldn't happen unless you have the old client...
  13. He is talking about the game driver 3, not an actual drive
  14. I'm not sure if thats right or not... try changing the image to a JPEG like mine, if not I think the site you got it from: http://www.rsbandb.com/sig/sigs/a/agil_14.png might be blocking direct links? They don't want people eating their bandwidth, so they block from people directly linking to their files... try using imageshack.de
  15. [img=http://www.rsbandb.com/sig/sigs/a/agil_14.png]
  16. Do you have a firewall or router?
  17. Uh... since that sounds good, that must have been what I was trying to say... so, uhhh what he said??
  18. Did you try in safe mode? Other then that... I have no clue. It wouldn't be a hidden or system folder on your desktop... and I doubt it would be related to any form of virii or spyware.... any malicious software at that. Maybe it is just that? Some sort of a ghost folder on the desktop... try changing the desktop apearance, align the folders, change the back ground and setup... Hell if I know lol Good luck
  19. Depends on your operating system, what are you running?
  20. Yea.... we realize that, but with out any information we can't help him... for instance: Is he using internet explorer? Is he using the RS client? If so, is it the newest one? Does he use adaware? Does he use spybot? Does he have a fire wall? Does he have a virus scanner? What version of windows does he have? What security settings does he have set on his browser? It is pretty hard to help someone when you know absolutly nothing Person: "DOCTER, HELP ME I GOT SHOT!!!" Doctor: "Where are you injured?" Person: "YOU GOTTA HELP ME! I GOT SHOT!! HELP!!" Doctor: "Okay, where were you shot?" Person: "OMFG SHUTUP AND HELP ME!!!!11!1one I GOT SHOT!1!!1eleven" see what I mean now?
  21. I would just like to say... you got one hell of an imagination, though that is really cool
  22. Wierd... I am not really certain, and right now I have to go to bed (lol) so I wull just quick jot this down: When I lag in any steam game, I hear the sound being played as if I were swimming in water (I think because when you lag it basically reloads everything... therefore replacing the... well you end up in water on a blank map) anyways, yea I will drop in towmorrow and hopefully try and think up some junk to ... rig it :?
