To access it, you need to have done a quest with requirements like 30 mining and runecrafting, and rune mysteries of course. This is still very easy to attain, while is will pose a significant challenge for bots, who will be detected before they can meet all the requirements. This means that the thousands of f2p noobs who make money by mining ess will still be able to introduce millions of new ess into the world every day, so the prices of essence will remain where they should be.
