i just recently got photoshop 7 and am trying to make a sig, i found ende, got background, but my render pastes huge!!!... so how can i resize the render without cropping it?

i chose this set http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/24611747/?offset=10 and followed the instructions but when i try to load it my PS says cannot load tool pesets because file is not ocmpatable with your version of photoshop

no, i mean i download the file and then when i click open it opens up my PS, but where are my new brushes???

ive downloaded some of them, but idk how to get it onto my ps
