The mechanics are probably based on how long you fall for, or what your highest point was before you started to descend to the ground. Then the game does some math and spits out the damage you did. Thus the higher your are and land on someone or the higher you are and fall for, the more damage you'll do. You most likely jumped on an angle into the air and then landed on someone, but because you increased your position and then descended you got landing damage. I think the max damage while both the hunter and the target are on the same level of ground, with the hunter jumping straight up, and then down again is 10 damage. ---- Blasphemy.

Yea, Norton is hated by a lot of people for very good reasons, yet I have it anyways. However I do need help for a workaround or actual fix. Recently I've been looking through for transitions/effects from users on communities who use WMM. I recently found a community and found my way to this: http://www.rehanfx.org/shader.htm So I downloaded it. However all the additional transitions & effects always default back to the 'fade out' to the left transition, instead of playing the actual custom transition/effect. I contacted the creator of the program or whatever you want to call it, and we eventually found out that Norton was blocking the program from registering or whatever. I don't mean to physically go buy one and make it, just on here, go to sites that offer the products and build a gaming computer. However the gaming computer has to be able to play the majority of 3D games at max settings with over 30 FPS. Computer needs to be able to boot in less than 7 minutes as well. The maximum price should be $1000. As well use parts from sites that will ship to your country, don't place links to newegg if they don't ship to your country/area. Foreign sites that do ship to your country are allowed though. I'd also recommend not using Linux as the O/S, but that's debatable and just a personal choice majority of the time. Must be a desktop. =P This is just meant to be a fun topic for several reasons. For one it shows how quickly prices begin to drop as our economy gets worse, and technological advancements put prices down (considerably). Lately many sites have been showing off how cheap you can get for a decent gaming computer for under $800. Not to mention we can show those console freaks that PC gaming isn't expensive, and that to me is enough reason to build one. Black person...on the internets...that's like a real life equivalent of Zoey! The witch sounds younger, because it's freaking suppose to. Geez, it's suppose to sound like a little kid crying to grab your attention and lure you in. It doesn't play well, but it certainly gives you the bleeping chills if the music goes on for too long. Anyways that's the witches feature, is that she sounds like a younger female, but not that she is one. Just cause it sounds like it, doesn't mean it is. The witch to me is a female (or man, but then that can get confusing, I'm sure Lenin can provide a proper explanation) that is either: 1. Single Mother w/ dead child 2. Single Mother who is homeless/welfare/drug addict and the infection brings out the emotions that they 'hide' away or whatever 3. Bullied/Rape/Some sort of emotional disturbed adult that was damaged as a child

Yea, people are totally dominated if they aren't wearing some sort of armour. Then again attack speed isn't even in the game yet, so those with 2h's are just manslaughtering us with short/average swords, or even clubs. Can't wait for that to be in the client tbh. Archery is point & shoot, but aiming is ALL on you. Magic is the same, with aiming as well. One thing in common is attack speeds. They are different for archery and the type of spell, but you need to time and aim or guess where the opponent will be when the projectile gets there. Arrows travel as fast as you'd expect them to, with magic spells traveling at varying speeds.

Game may be released, but it's a beta release, and the NDA is still in effect. Otherwise this thread would be filled with tons of posts from me. Though I can loosely say from leaked sites that the game is awesome, it's very easy to die, and people need to stop ranking armour. Armour isn't important in this game. Decent, godly, horrible, or whatever armour. It doesn't matter, there's just a variety of it, not too much better or too worse.

Witch could be any age to be honest..the grey hair, crouched posture and everything could be explained through the infection or through old age. Zoey is suppose to be an 18 or 19 teenager by the way... Three freaking achievements left. :(

I cheated on Safety First and just kicked the bots and did NM on easy, lol. Not going to waste my time doing that stupid little achievement. :? All 4 Dead is easy, if you spawn at the right areas. Too bad I'm always with good teams when I'm the tank and I seem to always have the smoker or hunter incap someone, which is good, but bad for achievements. Chicago Ted is amazing. He's my idol. <3

Just focus on getting one achievement, not two or three at a time. Like the four achievements I got today, each one took pressure off of me. I no longer needed to try or expect to do this, cause I already had it done. Thus I could focus better, without being distracted. One at a time works best. If you're going for safety first, with bots, always stand behind them, never go in front. Unbreakable is the most easiest thing in the world. Just do it with bots, on easy. Death Toll is good for it, actually any of the last 10-12 achievements, death toll pwns. I know, but something always goes wrong. Like a tank or big horde. Lol, I don't think those things are 'going wrong' but are part of the game. =P But yea I can see how a horde or tank can totally screw anyone over.
