Well Why does 99 fletching and 99 mining both get the same reward, a skill cape, so why should the reward be different between the two for something much greater?

Then you can say the same thing for skill capes because they also denote that someone has had the tenacity to spend a lot of time to reach high levels in the game. I can see how a low level might be jealous. (Personally i have no chance of achieving this) I think that level of achievement deserves to be rewarded... Whether or not a person has a life outside of Runescape is irrelevant because we are talking about the game, not their personal life.

Sat there thinking the other day, about when the skill capes came out. Thought, what a great way for the achievements to be shown off, but, there is one other thing that needs to be shown off... maxing out your exp. 200,000,000 experience in one skill is QUITE A LOT! Thought about some boots to match the cape and hood, but i don't think thats seen to easily. I don't think a chestplate or legs would be good, but what about a crown? A crown would have to be something fancy, possibly with an emote that would most definately grab the attention of players around. Maybe add some att bonuses to it, since the skill capes have +9 to all defensive bonuses, and trimmed have +4 prayer bonus. Or if Jagex sees fit, add def bonuses to that too, but maybe a str bonus and prayer bonus. I mean think about it, 200m in one level... they deserve it. If you like this idea, or you think maybe its the base of an idea that could be great, add your thoughts. If you think it could work, leave a comment and show this link to a friend. In case this is not clear, i'm meaning that the crown would be an item to match the corresponding cape, for instance a mining crown to match the mining cape. Or a flecthing crown to match a fletching cape, then this way a person may be able to see what skill has been maxed out.

It is a very good idea. Hopefully enough people would go for it and Jagex would permit the change...seems like it would help most people stay organized.

I agree, it is highly sad. Also something i wish to add to my post before hand is i think MEMBERS should have some type of protection. IF WE PAY TO PLAY THIS GAME WE SHOULD HAVE SAFETY TO OUR ACCOUNTS! Please, anyone if you are against this feel free to leave a post with your opinion. I believe that if we pay them to play a game they should keep us more protected. Now your friend...hmm...NEEDS HELP! I personally would keep him banned. If he kills himself over a game then he will burn in hell. Suicide is a simple way to run away from life. (and this goes to everyone who thinks about commiting suicide) Grow up and Face life. You know what, i have worked over 72 hours to get my whip and some other items, and yet again i have been hacked. I have told no one my password or anything. JAGEX YOU NEED TO GET YOUR STUFF STRAIGHT!....If they have a game for people to play they need to have the right protection for us. I am sick of doing all this work and it all going to waste. Now, i have never had a problem with Jagex, but this is getting really annoying. Runescape is a hobby of mine. I am so tired of people who have to be so desperate to where they have to hack instead of work for themselves!! This is stupid! I believe Jagex should start working forth keeping OUR BUSINESS and OUR ACCOUNTS safe from hackers. I know some thing they may not be able to stop but i am pretty sure there are some things you all could do. Good night and God Bless.
