  1. Make sure you buy the final hit thing from slayer masters which means you don't have to click on the rockhammer for every gargoyle, it makes it soo much easier and less tedious.

  2. I wish to raise my mining to level 77, but I hate mining, so I'm gonna trry and get as much bonus exp as I can via BA and Stealing Creation.

My question is, is it worth charging up the horn for use on mining, or is the bonus not really worth the time spent.

  3. All of my money came from training slayer. It's not too profitable, I think I made on average 150k per task (excluding rare high end drops like whips). But it's fun, I dunno how fun it is with maxed melee though, I don't find it fun unless im training a combat stat too. Maybe join a GWD clan or something? Also, regularly farm herbs.

  4. Range: Not much here, black dragonhide is good enough. Don't be noob and range in dragon boots. Use at least broad bolts, rune darts in kuradal's dungeon if you can (and if they're not too expensive).

Range low def monsters with darts (greaters, dusties, ...), high def monsters with broads (dark beasts, ...)

I've heard it's a bad idea to range dark beasts.

  5. What are you talking about? It's just as making any other potion, just the best one exp/money wise i think.

Serum 207 is untradeable and un noteable, so if you want to get rid of a lot of it you have to drop it one at a time.

  6. I'd wait a couple of more days to sell your herbs as they have dropped in price recently due to a bug in MTK.

Some people have received a much larger amount of items than they normally should (about 1,800% larger)

This has resulted in more herbs being sold and bought on the GE that means the overall price on herbs has dropped.

An item needs to be sold a specific amount of times every 24H for the price to drop, if this number isn't reached the price will rise (anyway it's something like this).

Thus you can now figure out for yourself that herbs are rising again and will stop once they have reached their original price tags, perhaps even a bit beyond as a lot of people are now saving all their herbs untill they're worth more, so the required number of herbs that needs to be sold isn't reached thus it will keep rising.

I'd also clean and sell every herb you have and buy unfinish tarromin potions for 1k each and turn them into serums by using ashes (70gp) on it, this yields 50Gp

Now if you aren't a mentally delayed person you can calculate for yourself how much loss you'd sustain if you would make super attack pots (3500gp? per 100 exp) instead of serums.

Ofcourse it takes a bit more time but i doubt you can make that much money in the time you "loose"

Even if you sell attack pots affterward you'd still sustain one hell of a big loss of money which in the end results in a loss of exp unless you intend to play for ever.

I would do tarromin if it weren't for the fact that serum is so hard to shift, even dropping it is a lot of effort.

  7. Well the cost of herblore is the herbs.

So gp:xp ratio is kinda irrelevant if you've already got the herbs, since seconds are all cheap as chips or easily gettable accept perhaps birds nests.

Basically if you have the herbs for free best tactic is making the best pot you can with each herb to maximise xp.

I would like to sell the potions afterwards. I don't really wanna make stuff which doesn't sell even if it does mean more exp.

  8. I've been stockpiling my herbs from miscellania for a while now, and I've decided to get rid of them. What is the best way to use each herb to get the best gp/exp ratio. My herblore level is currently 77 so anything you suggest with requirements above that, I will just save the herb for a later date.

  9. A lot of people are currently having this problem, check the recent updates forum. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but pray for the souls of those who were fighting bosses etc. May God have mercy on them.

  10. I don't see why you limit it to people weaker than you. I've never really tried boss hunting so I don't know what it's like but I used to take people's monster spots all the time when training slayer, and when people tried to take mine I just stuck around because I wasn't really bothered. The way I see is it is that I'm happy to have two people in one competetive spot, if they have a problem with it they can hop, and if I ever get frustrated at people turning up at my spot I just hop to save the hassle. Jagex have basically stated that crashing is part of the game via a comment one of the mods made, I don't remember the wording exactly but I'm sure you all know the one I mean.

  11. If I was there first, why do I need to hop?

Because you are the one losing kills, not him.

Get the [bleep] out of my thread.

You're just making a fool of yourself.

Swearing at everyone who disagrees with you? You're as bad as the guy whom you criticise.

And this is a public forum. You don't possess any rights to force people out of "your" thread.

I said it in the same way as someone will tell another to go away when they don't have the power to force them away.

I'll swear at anyone who agrees with the mindset of the player indicated in my rant.

And I care so much about making a fool of myself, an internet forum where no one knows my real name, o noes they think ima fool they mite gets me.

and you expect the kill stealing player to care about what you think of him? I lol'd
