Noobs and newbs do come from all kinds of aspects, so anyone can be a noob or newb for that matter. Combat levels don't really show who's a noob and watnot, since it just shows that you're a certain level from killing so and so NPCs. Although being a higher level would mean that you're a more experienced player, it shouldn't be stereotyped as if your this level, then you're a newb, and if you're this and that, you're a noob. Hell, even players over 100 combat can be noobs, or in this case, a choob, lol. Plus, a player who's a high level can make another account and that won't mean his new account is a newb. Overall, it really depends on the person themselves. The typical stereotyping players based on their combat levels won't just cut it these days, as there are all kinds people out there. Let's take an example here. Supposed someone played RSC for a few years and gotten to level 100 without RS2, versus another player who played on RS2 and gotten to that same level in a year. The RSC player wouldn't necessarily be a noob since he's dedicated all this time to be who he is today, rather than the other guy who was lvl 100 by being a member and using a whip or so, who could still be a noob since one year wouldn't really cut it. Simply put, it's ultimately who you are and what you do that determines yourself in the game, .
