Crafting. It's the most diverse skill, maybe with Construction. So many items to make, and not only low level but also Furies, Black Dragonhide. And it's a respected skill.

I don't care I get less money. I care about the dropping prices of good items due to overkilling. I think my level are high enough to kill Mithril Dragons to get the Full Helm, I got myself a Visage. You see? It's not about me. Whip is still the best weapon ingame right? (yeah, now someone will come and say: No it isn't DDS is best yeah fine) It's 1.5M. How many hours does it cost to level Slayer 85? Lots. The reward was supposed to be the chance to get the best weapon ingame for free. Not just a few RC hours.

Agreed, Umega. I think that's the main Con, however Jagex should be able to solve that by some other things.

Unnecessary? The Dragon Med now is around 300k, Shield left half 250k. In my opinion it's far too low for a rare drop like those. Whip's are still becoming cheaper, but the way too Slayer 85 is hard. Why raise your Slayer to level 85 for Whip's, if a merchant can make the same money in 3 hours? Ok, you get xp and levels, but I think the money is also an important thing.

It isn't a suggestion, it's something we can discuss. We all know the prices of armourpieces, weapons and other monster drops are falling. Being a higher level just isn't profitable anymore. I know most Americans, and maybe other western countries disgust when the government is too much present in the economics. Though, listen to the next scenario. Pro's and Con's. Think with me to get more. Pro's - Drops will be worth getting again. - Higher levels will be rewarded. - People who rather lose 200k instead of half an hour can just sell it. - You will not be merchanted anymore. - Solid prices. Con's - It's against the free market principe. - Will cause more inflation. - Will take items out of the game, thus getting them rarer. Wow, that's one of the bigger compliments you can make! Tyvm :D. And for now.. I did today the last 80k xp to Level 90! 90 Crafting, a wonderfull feeling. I was planning to level at a nice place with my nicest armour on, but I was stupid and got a quiz, which rewarded me with a Ruby. You can guess what has happened next :XD:. And one of my best friends, Lunerca let me craft my first Onyx!

Goodluck! I really hope you achieve it, because what has happened to you is the main reason I never lend out my Partyhat, not even to people I know IRL. But I think you learnt from this, a good friend of me experienced the same, and he began moneymaking to a new Hat, and now he has one :D.

Hehe, nice try, but wrong :P. Altough I made alot from Dk'ing, the first month after the update it was too busy, and I didn't get much drop later. Hmm, I'll explain how I got kinda rich. I've always been someone who stacks up things he finds, not just immediatly selling but just put it in bank, and don't buy needless things. I wanted a Santa Hat, because I liked to have a a rare. I had 4M or so, and rc'ed 1M to get 5M for the Santa. Short after that, I got a Guthan Spear at barrows and bought a Blue Mask for 5.7M. That became a Red Mask, 2 Santa's and more and more Santa's. I barrowed very long (got 7 Spears in total), Dk'ed much and just collect and make things myself. I set myself a goal for a Phat (I never dreamed I would actually reach one) and began to collecting Santa's. After a while, I got 6 Santa's and some cash, enough to buy a Purple. After the Purple I made around 10M, and sadly one of my best friends quit Runescape, and he donated me 20M for a new Partyhat, the Green one. Kinda long story, hope it interests you :). Hehe, short and clear. Thank you! I did a big amount of Crafting xp today (for me atleast), around 150k xp. 180k xp left to the magical level of 90 Crafting! :D

I really like the looks, maybe another weapon. Though, a Dragon Scimitar is still a beautifull weapon. Now, what to do? I just found out Green D'hides raised from 1.5k ea to 1.6k-1.7k ea. Blech, way too expensive. I think I'm waiting a bit to let the prices drop again, and do my 164 Nechryael task or something like that.
