The only part I truly like is his cape, which at the same time is out of place, it wouldnt billow back so much. Other than that, your shading is dubious (do you really need that many shades?), and your lineart needs work.

totaly agree. washington should of won. reagans top 10 material maybe. but number 1? :lol: Washington was a horrible tactician, and non too bright. His first fort would have been totaly destroyed, had the french no pitied his ineptitude. (he built the fort in an area completely surrounded by hills)

The music sounds promising! Probably the only thing in the report that interests me.

The sketch: The idea: Draw a huge mascot of Godslayer, easy huh? This will be my largest piece of pixelart, ever. I intend to keep y'all updated during the process of my coloring. Should take, I dunno, a few weeks? I don't know what I'm gong to do with it afterwards, lol, but I will have the satisfaction of all the practice I'll get! Well, this isn't really that wip, what is in the sig right now is completely done, so really, it's two sprites right now. Yea, rate, c/c. This was a wip that was suposed to sell, once finished,for 1m, but the buyer couldn't get the money I guess. (pm me to buy it with any additions you want)

I try and stay away from what rs looks like as much as possible, as long as it can be recognized. Thanks for the compliment, well worded.

To get a bit more convo going, here's what I'm working on as we speak. I'm finding antialiasing and dithering to be quite useful here :wink:

Though I didn't quite get the proportions correct on that one, I needed more leg space to practice pants :oops:

It5's ahrd to practice without basic artistic knowledge.

Not trying to be mean, but if your can't draw irl, it's mostly a waste of time.
