Get 33 agility and use a pot, that's what I did, it's a lot let boring, and don't get 43 prayer, It'll make you look like a noob. If you want to use the protects, get it to 52, and say you got it there for smite, not for the protection prayers.

Have you got it in your not allowed list? If you're on IE, go tools>internet options>click security>Click restricted sites> see if runescape is accidentally in there.
