Programs i use, Camtasia studio 3, Photoshop, Imageready + Paint First of all open camtasia.. and select "start new recording" Go into TOOLS -> Options -> File options -> Save as AVI Next select Fixed Region press next and select the fixed region around the red part i've shown below as i'm in bank i talked to banker and started recording.. i then click "What is this place" and let my character talk.. until he stopped talking the then stop recording and saved it as "Bank talk" !!!NEXT IMAGEREADY!!! Open Imageready and Import your Avi Clip Range to import Beginning to end Then File -> Edit with Photoshop !!!NEXT PHOTOSHOP!!! Photoshop will open.. Go to frame where your character starts talking.. For me it says "What is this place" Now go to first frame your character talks, Copy and paste the first layer (For me layer 48) paste it to paint Save in its own folder eg... Whatisthisplace, Save it as 01.Png, then go back to photoshop, go to 2nd place your character talks (For me layer 49) and save as 02.png, do this until it your character stops talking or your happy with the amount of frames... for me i'll do 18 Frames and an example.. !!!NEXT USE PAINT!!! Use this font highlighted in red for the chatbox fake.. Open one of your frames.. and save it as Template.png Replace What is this with your message, mine is Hi Tip.it Then Remove the head, with a white square like this.. Now copy the image in template .png and paste and save over each of your frames saved in a specific folder because you deleted the white square select transparency and the head will move in each frame! this means you only edit 1 frame for text, and rest will automatically do it for you! !!!NEXT OPEN IMAGEREADY!!! Click on File -> Import -> File as Frames and select folder your chatbox frames are in Next select all your frames and set the frame delay as 0.2 seconds as shown below Next Save optimised as "Save as type" ".Gif" and save Finished Product To do whole animated fakes.. do the same but on a larger scale!!! Enjoy
