Having quite a few high leveled friends myself, I doubt that 60% of people turn their chat off :P But I agree with the basics of your point. Most people who will have those capes probably won't be greatly affected by it. Because people with high skills adapt to being asked tons of questions and accept the fact that they will get the occasional insult or "no lifer" comment. They learn to ignore and accept it. Or in some people's cases, insult back :ohnoes: I'm 123 and i don't turn chat off it's just on friends.. because i dont like random people pming me :-X.. people are just jealous if they make "no life" or "Nerd" comment.. if we are then why do they play?

i'm 122 and done all.. since i was 60 combat i've done all on quest days.. so its hard to say at this certain point who has done all because new ones always come out and people dont just play for quests.

borrowed white hat, santas, full dragon, red phat and stuff off friends, one of them really close... why would i scam them, especially person i borrowed white hat off, why would i scam her, for a pixel life? or an awesome friend...? no choice IMO
