Thank-you, I'll enjoy the full MOTHER3 translation by Halloween. You did not answer my question, how is MOTHER3 not the closest thing we have from video-games to literature, if you have played the game, wouldn't you have at least one concrete reason?

Sorry, couldn't play well, brothers acting weird and such, lecture and stuff, I was mindlessly playing, I might never be able to play Brawl again since the Wii is located in my brother's room and he doesn't want me to play it in his room.

I like more serious games, more fun. 'Fun' games would be more fun if you would have an open communication between players, I like a competitive games because it makes me learn from my mistakes, and I like that. I like playing 'fun' games in other games. But, Brawl is not one of those games, it honestly annoys me. Well, if I wanted to relax, I would play Runescape, read a book, play MOTHER3, go out with friends, go for a walk, or just sleep.

I hate it when you and Kent fool around like that, I just came from over 6 hours of homework and 8 hours of school, and I expect a nice Brawl. =/ I know I sound uptight wanting a serious Brawl, but 'fun' matches aren't fun to me anymore.

What gets me angry is that people try to put down Earthbound or its fan-base without understanding it's logic, it's brilliance, it's uniqueness or without even playing the game. All the people I know who played Earthbound love it. Also, the people who I know that have not played it, only hearing me talk about it hate it through complete ignorance. MOTHER3 is a game with nearly all literary elements, archetypes, and a powerful message. Are you for real? Ive swam in paddling pools deeper than brawl. Theres one strict move list for every character; Direction+Button. No real combo system and the shield/block is a joke. Brawl isnt meant to be played seriously, its a parody of a fighting game. That was relevant to the thread it was in, now hush. Give yourself three months practice - first of all, buy the game, then master a specific character, learn their "move list" and I'll prove your hypothesis completely wrong. If that is so, then there the point for online/competitive play? Why is Smash Bros. the 2nd highest held in regard in competitive play if all the characters are limited to a single move list and nothing else? Why can one character dominate the same character if they are exactly the same and have no depth? Go play your Mugen. Pray every night and wish you were Japanese.

Um, I beat you with all the Falcon Battles, except Ike and Snake. Also, my shield broke, doesn't really count, mate, I also combo'd you during the first stock of that Falcon v. Ike match. :s
