After the Russia vs England disaster today, I was wondering what you thought about the manager/players/backroom staff/fans. My personal view? Mourinho for England! :D Seriously though although i'd love to see mourinho take the job Do you think its the managers fault? I remember someone saying "If you win, the players did well. If you lose, the manager did badly." Do you agree with this? Or do you think we should adopt scotlands idea, of putting at least 3 home-grown players in every team?
