I dunno about the harpoon in the shark not looking good. No one else has said that and I've shown this to a lot of other people (friends, other rs boards etc) to get ideas and feedback. About the character, I'd have to agree with you. I think I need to stop and think about the concept, poses and perspective of my drawings a lot more before I start.

Well said mrxman. I'm sorta like you, except I've just started. I only draw pixel sigs for fun and because I'm a bit bored with rs ATM. At the rs forum that I'm mainly at, there's no other okayish pixelors, so I enjoy making them for people there.

Actually shaw the shark isn't traced, I used a picture of a shark similar to that one as a guide that I found in a national geographic magazine. I didn't trace it, that's just where I got the idea from. So :P It took me 15 hours because I redid a lot of things.

I've fixed up the minnoes problem. I only redid all the shading, I felt the old one just didn't contrast enough. I'll have a look at the cape problem...

Stars are actualy of many colors...Yellow white blue red...it's all about their temperature. The problem is that from the distance (we talk about huuuuuge distances) the light coming out of them mainly gets to our eyes as white... The sig isn't that ugly afterall...4/10 But desmebering is against the blood/GORE rules Yeah yeah, I was just thinking that. O B A F G K M R N S and all of that stuff...... Good ol' science.

no offence but the insides of the shark's mouth looks as if its got a ton of ittle bittle minnows... :shock: kinda like anchovies or something, but its totally weird and kinda gross... to me anyway :P Yeah, I can see where your coming from. Hmm. Well, maybe 1st, 2nd and 3rd would be more of an incentive for lots of people to join. But then again, a single 2m prize might make more confident sig makers want to try out... :? guess it's up to smellysocks! im on holiday on sunday for a week so i cant start saving for more money i have school and stuff so it will stand as 2M Yeah, but regardless of where you're going, you promised you'd pay for 1st/2nd/3rd prizes, and you should keep that promise... That's a very, very cheap 'tactic' of drawing in more competition, whether intentional or not... You can't say you'll pay something, then one the 18th or 19th page, go back on the offer, after everyones acted accordingly to your statement... *sigh*, I fear this may turn into another 'MinerNav' thread... I think that you should at least split the 2 mil and make a 2nd and 3rd, as others have said. This way at least the best 3 go home with something in their pockets.
