You may think mine is outlined but it's not. I just found this cool pic of this shark in the national geographic mag so I used it as a guidline for my shark (I don't know how sharks look off by heart :P ). It was actually smaller and less menacing. Edit: I admit to what? Using a pic of a shark as a guide line?

Here's the update on mine. I'm off to school now. I'll work on it when I get back.

I'm definetly still in. I'll give an update just before I start shading and highlighting.

I will take a bit longer. I'm going to utilize all the time you've given us to the fullest. Not rush like I usually do and do it all in a day.

Ummm... Much more contrast needed in shading (especially when dealing with shiny surfaces like metal). The helm looks like it's part of his skin, or really weird hair sorta stuff. Remember that it has shape too. Axe handle looks like it's rubber on a hot day. His feet are tiny. They need more length, and remember there is no such thing as rune boots. That's about all. Keep it up.

Hmmm... What if I just did a never ending maze sorta pattern and put it very lightly over sigs. I reckon that'd look cool. And would people buy this kinda stuff? (not for very much).

The sig is coming along nicely. An animation of it being completed would look pretty cool. I might try it.

He does? I didn't think so. I just couldn't fit the teeth in there cause it's too small an area.

Hey hey, people. Don't be so harsh. I say 4/10 for your first one. Next time make it at the most 300X150. You attempted shading, looks ok, could use some more contrast. Your characters are looking like they've just been through a famine. Try and stay away from pre-shapes (the clouds? in the sky). And also limit the blood. A little bit is okay, but I think that's a bit too much. Try and add some detail to the area. Get your location right. There are no greaters near the rune rocks and there is no grass there. The cape looks like rags. Your line work pretty good. Just practice a bit more and look at other peoples to see how they did things (shading etc) but don't copy/rip.
