Animating a cut out enlarged object (?) is pretty easy to do.

All i'd say is change the colour of your rune to a more cyany colour. And try and put some perspective into your drawing, right now it looks a little flat.

300X80 is much too small for my tastes, and I'm a bit busy with my shop. I won't enter.

Sounds good. Your at the top of the waiting list now, so I'll have yours done in a couple of days to maybe a week (most likely a couple of days). And from now I'm not changing the order of the waiting list for awhile. Gonna make a new one. Otherwise the people buying an avatar will never get one. :)

Got that right. No offense or anything but your sigs are starting to bore me, they all look the same. The arms on that sig are looking a bit chubby too. That's just my 5 cents.
