i dunno if this one has been said. did you know.......... after completing the Prince Ali Resuce quest, you can pass through the gate between lumby and al kharid more quickly if you select the " pay 10 gp" option. doing so will skip the dialog between you and the gaurds. the gaurds will not accept your money and let you through for free.

so yesterday my bud sent me a message asking me how i had trained my runecrafting. my first respones was that i had no clue that i had trained runecrafting. he told me that i lvl was high (34) and that he was interested in starting runecrafting. my final response was that i havent runecrafted in years and i had no idea how i got my level. then i started to look at my other skills.... 62 smithing 60 fishin 59 cookin 49 fire makin and 52 crafting. all of these skills i honeslty have no clue how i achieved. did i make alot of iron bars? maybe....... how many leather chaps did you craft? heck if i know.......... and then i got to thinkg about what my current goal is, 99 ranged. i can tell you what happend from about level 55 to 80 (my current). but before 55 range, i have no clue what i did. so basicaly my question is this......... How much of your runescape carrer do you remeber?

i went into the equipment stats thing and took a few screenshots. then i opend up paintshop and pasted the images. then of course, made copies of all the individual body parts and for the bow also (like a spirit). then created 17 different frames. opened up animation shop. loaded the frams, and clicked animate!. then saved as a gif. bout 2 hrs of work please dont accuse me of ripping, you know where the shooter guy came from. i do come from a community that paints skins for a NASCAR simulation and know everyting about giving credit were due. yes, ive been ripped before, and its not very nice. as a real life shooter i am appalled by the current animation and would merely like to see it changed.

nocking i know its not perfect, but ingame (with the 3D model) the arm will easily reach across the body. it should at least.

yeah heaven forbid that you should have to take some time to aim. nah just pull er back n let er go. itll hit something.

i'm not old school, i use the biomechanically efficient shooting technique, this is the 21st century guys, no need to use 17th century techniques. but thinkin bout it, all the bows in game are barebows, which require old school technique. i dunno, i'm just not much of a fan of old school. @Flametropper sure bud go ahead and do whatever you want to it. Do you want me to send you all the individual frames, or can you pull then out urself?

i almost forgot, if anyone would like to use this animation for anything else, feel free to go ahead, but make sure to give credit please. ex: in offical jagex forums where only members can post *cough*

i remember some time ago that i started a thread on archer form in which i explained and show example pictures. i can't seem to find that old thread, so i'll start a new one. recently the minning animation was changed to be more realistic (i guess). so i thought to myself, why not make a more realistic archer animation? so here it is! just think, your runescape character could shoot like this. instead of that lame what ever you call it animation. ( i would call it " way worse than i've ever seen a new shooter try and do" animation) i made a sig :) for those interested. Turn the game brightness all the way up, and turn off all the lights in the room. now thats some f2p fun right there.
