The thing thats annoying me is the fact the screen is too flat. There should be a little indent where the screen fits into the monitor, if you get what im saying. Else, its very nice. :)

Yes, this is also a reason why I added the trainee part of it. Many people post and tell them what to do but never a reasonable explanation. Again, yes. My post was merely an outline of what will happen. Members will be able to express their ideas and shape this team and not be ruled. I appreciate that a single post will become hectic. The single post will mainly be used for posting of new work and helpful comments. Tutorials can be posted on a seperate thread, left to die but be linked in the main thread. The way I see it is there will be 1, maybe 2, posts to start out where the members list can go, tutorial links, "signature of the week" (voted for) and things like that. We can always communicate via mIRC or IMs. I know that will be a tricky part to it but suggestions are always welcome. Yes, you've hit the nail on the head. If this is going to make sense ill use a quick example: Person X makes a big graphic (i.e. wallpaper). The graphics team can then look at it, collaborate some constructive criticism (either in their own topic or via an IM or mIRC) and post a well-thought out comment. Having a big team to constructively comment on a piece of art rather than 10 people all saying things like "its nice but work on the colours" then another person saying "Yeah, what he said" will look a lot more organised and neater.

Yes yes, this just makes it that little bit more personal and cosy. :)
