Heck i prefer weights out of everything, run with weights = stamina training (i do skipping if i cant be bothered to run with weights works almost just as well). Weights to build my biceps. Am age 12 btw lift 10kg in either hand (total 20kg) it works well but your muscles can only grow so much. I used to do 100 a day but gave up after the summer cos i didnt have time. Now i do a measly 20 in each hand due to my limited time.

Look its easy to tell. If you live/orginate in north america you can tell if someone is from texas or jersey. If you live/originate in Europe you can tell if someone is Irish, Welsh, French, German. If you originate/live in asia you can tell whether they are Afghan, Indian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Bangladeshi etc. It becomes really easy when you get used to it. Those people that can't tell the difference really havent seen much of the world people that can will know that different races etc have different skin colour tones, face complexion, height etc. For instance South Indians are shorter than North Indians and speak different languages however common indian tongue is of course Hindi.

Bought my own p pots, around 4 - 6 p pots per run. Only done 6 runs EVER. And only got 1 barrows item dharok legs. Still haven't sold it though, personally i think barrows is just a bit of fun unless you have high levels or a veteran barrower at it.
