RuneScape is truly a unique game in my opinion. It still has many years to go, and even with that I don't think people will ever stop playing. People may stop playing to continue with new things in life, but new people will replace them and have years of fun like the past people did. Jagex have money, with money comes advertising, they will always have people. I truly think Runescape is at it's biggest at the moment and growing (now Free trade is back) :ohnoes: Thanks, Quenya

Hello again Mike \:D/ It should be pretty straight forward: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Options I'm not entirely sure you can change the size, I've tested it and I can't seem to do it. You can change the size on the next option full screen. But guessing by your last posts and seeing your system specs it's best to go with auto set up. Runescape will determine the best settings for you, and referring to : http://forum.tip.it/topic/286730-is-there-a-way-to-boost-fps/ - may keep your FPS at a good level.. Mike, Did you try the steps I gave you? You have a pretty old computer compared to today's systems. So it's no surprise that it's not the best FPS. You have many things that could effect it as stated before, CPU, Graphics, Memory, any number of things. Try everything I suggested and see if it improves. I see where you're coming from, but Smart phones are pretty much going to be a thing to have in the next few years.. not saying everyone will have one, but the majority of people will. I also understand about the cost, but with good applications comes a cost sometimes.. It all depends on the person, some people like to go on the browser on the phone, others like to use the application. Does it do any harm to install it? Thanks, Quenya

Hey! If you right click on the Desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot.. (Hardware acceleration to Full) Have you updated your graphics drivers? You can lower settings on Runescape, textures, etc. Depending on what Windows system you use; Control panel > Hardware & Sound > Display > Change display settings > Change the monitor refresh frequency to the best one, and the one that doesn't mess your screen up... I've seen the slight effect of the Runescape "economy", I have tried to buy a few basics without anything selling. I had to buy 4000 dragons bones today, they would only sell for 6.7-7.0k...... The listing price is only around 6.0k So I can agree a little with DefenceNOOB4RS, but let's hope with free trade back things will be easier, and it will be more fun & interesting to trade again, bargain, merch. Hey! I've been playing RuneScape since 05... stopped in 07. Played little bits and bobs.. 11 and I'm back hopefully. For 6 years playing (technically) I could be classed as a "noob", "n00b", "noobie", however you call people like myself these days.. Now I come on the computer as a treat nowadays, I'm 25, so as you can imagine I have a lot of other things to do in life, unlike when I was 15-20 when I could play computer games, it's a shame, because I only found RuneScape in my adulthood, I'm sure if I would of started when I was 15ish I'd be a pretty experienced player. I'm in this game for the fun, and not to get all my skills up to 99's. I will only get to 99's if I enjoy it, once I stop enjoy getting my skills up & it's tedious I will stop. I have in the last few months managed to get my magic up to 94, I really wanted to use ice barrage at CastleWars so that's why I did it. I have around 30m in gold, and various other items. So let's hope if I keep enjoying the game, I can keep playing and getting levels up. At any point I get bored of doing a skill, I will move on to the next. If I get bored of RuneScape I will stop playing, if boredom gets to you while playing, then that's when the fun is gone... Many people don't realise that bots keep the economy afloat. It's like anything in life, you need people who exploit, cheats, or whatever to keep things afloat. You really think "real" people sit 24/7 mining. If bot's didn't do it, prices would rocket. Jagex have also accepted this, this is why they only ban a number of these accounts. If they wanted to they could easily detect and ban all of them. They choose not to. Thanks, Quenya
