The best analogy would be to think of the G.E as colonic irrigation for your bank - it clears the rubbish and give it a few weeks; all will be settled and things will be a little more stable and predictable. For now its 6 more bank spaces. :thumbsup:

Just to point out that these don't provide an instant heal effect like conventional food - there is a slight delay between clicking the food and the healing setting in. So alright for training as you said, but perhaps not for pking or harder hitting monsters. -
