Maybe for the first person to hit 99... Zezima held back for a few weeks It's around 1k an hour. If you're stringing, around 2k-3k.

I spend around 10% Energy per run, so I would just sip a normal energy every time coming off the last vine if necessary.

pure ess is 100k an hour herblore runecrafting farming etc are better

Do it south of Port Sarim or Ardougne. Then light 'em up. Ardougne probably has more open space going towards the west, but don't take my word for it.
