  1. I expect it to be like GOP tech Dude yeah having some obvious backstory from looking t it without needing actual explanation.
  2. Oh so maybe something like a kiosk in most towns? Maybe an addition to the bank deposite boxes?
  3. I'm calling it: limited to several transactions a day (and by that no more than 3 attempted transactions completed or incomplete) Imagine collecting items from the G.E. on the go. I really hope they overlook how OP that would be and add that as a feature. Lmfao oh god I just thought of a wowscape moment! What if it was a tiered divination reward? What I'm saying is something like the repairbots or vendorbots in wow? Only in runescape we would have high cost GE bots that delivered items to the GE. Maybe low grade GE bots would work once and higher grade GE bots would work multiple times.
  4. I'm kind on interested to see their twist on steampunk. I am really hoping to see a good twist on it... Hopefully something somewhat serious and interesting like final fantasy yet sometimes as awkward and funny like work of warcrafts.
  5. I'm calling it: limited to several transactions a day (and by that no more than 3 attempted transactions completed or incomplete)
  6. Thanks to a crazy runecrafting elf for the 6m lend to grab torva legs. I wasn't sure how long they would fall and felt it was a good time to buy at around 86m... I ended up getting them at 85.28m actually. So here is the updated picture: Next up is torva chest which is hovering around 122m. Honestly it will purely amaze me if I get them bought before divination hits.
  7. I used to be in Gladz. I remember you by the way - feel free to add me.
  8. Dude, its a slight random stat generator. Get over it lol. Runescape needs more things like this anyways. There is way too much in runescape that has hard numbers as it is (more like 99%).
  9. Too much player control.
  10. Are you able to get them all back if you have to remove or move the room they're in? That was another concern as I know we have a construction rework coming down the line. I might just throw them on the plinth and say to hell with it and try working on fish flingers.
  11. A slight nod to "I'm watching and waiting eagerly for you, Divination..." I'm also 79.6/88m for torva legs. I'm going to wait on buying any more torva because divination looks like it might be a bit of a money sink. Almost like summoning and its odd secondaries...
  12. Just got my last replica rock and here they all are! I'm not sure if I want to turn them in or not... I've been thinking of saving them for a trim party (lol.. when?). I'll probably turn then in soon...
  13. I hope they fix the elven overrides. I sorry, but the ears look more fake than what I could buy for a part of a Halloween outfit. So disgusting...
  14. Your dumb for a reason, right?
  15. Yes, yes! My thoughts exactly, let the global impact of the battle be decided by the community but at least let us individually have an impact on how Lumbridge turns out! I wanna feel like my votes will have a serious impact on the game in the way I envisage. Duke Horacio: Hans, quick! What doth our fashionable citizens think we should do to fend off the saradominists as zamorakians? Player: You crazy fool! I have single handedly slain Elvarg and brought peace to the shores of Misthalin. Duke Horacio: Hur, hur rightly you have and for that I thank you!... Player: And because of my experience I should justly be ranked as your personal advisor! Duke Horacio: You make a fine point... Duke Horacio: Damn it Hans I won't trim your damn fashionista friends antifire shield. I have more important things to mind!
  16. I voted for siege units because I wanted to see them rip unsuspecting saradominists apart... Damn you all to hell...
  17. Saradomin mage covered it well... We are forced to live under the communities overpowering reward/fashionista desires. I would rather live under my own consequences. I mean some things like the reinforcements could remain communal, but maybe leave the whole duke of lumbridge crises thing as a personal player choice.
  18. What matters most on average to people is getting clothing/exp. It's a very self-centered focus in runescape. Generally if we can't see how it benefits us, we don't care. The mods in charge of the event have a very difficult task on their hands of balancing that truth with some optimistic opportunities for those who take the event with a small degree of seriousness. Though I'm sure that they're experienced with walking that line all the time. After the last increase to the droprate and semi-instanced areas, I think they've hit on a sweet spot. It's slow still intentionally so you can't breeze through it in a day, but a large improvement from what it was before. Now instead of taking nearly the entire time of casual play throughout the event's 10 weeks to get frags, you'll need a fraction of that. Quite nice actually. When did they increase the drop rate of metal fragments? And yeah that's why they need to make some personal choices for the players. All of this community vote is nice, but crappie on what most players expectations of the event. We want our choices to reflect content and these community votes aren't making things look enticing.

  20. I foresee that the next battle will be more player choice oriented changes. Meaning that what we choose will show only for us. The mod developing the battles has been taking note on player feedback and interaction with this battle. I just hope he realizes what matters most to us.
