The English worlds are still English, so I can't see any negative aspects to that. But I don't think Dutch worlds are neccesary. Dutch people are very good in understanding English. Allthough it seems that the worlds in Amsterdam are crowded with Dutch people and Dutch is sometimes the first language there. jagex dont want children below 12 or 13 years, so i dont get this anyway. this way to many young children will go play...
