Defence training
Like many before me, I would recommend training slayer to gain any combat level up. It makes good profits (especially in the long run) and is probably the best overall source for combat xp / summoning charms. Plus your training slayer along with the combat skills (thus, raising your total experience and total level up). It also adds alot of variety in what you kill, insted of killing the same mindless monster over and over again (they don't call this game "grind" scape for nothing!). Hopefully I've helped and good luck.

Range help
If you want experience (like you said above) I would highly recommend the caged ogre's in King Lathas's Traning Ground (a little south of the Tree Gnome Stronghold). Its great experience and the occasional snapdragon seed drop is always nice (if using bone bolts, the good seed drops will completely pay for your arrows). I would also highly recommend using ranged potions, helps greatly in experience and hits. Hopefully I've helped and good luck.

99 fishing question
I'll keep this simple. Monkfish- about 30k+ hr an hour and great profits (for fishing). Fly Fishing - best fishing xp, not great profit, but still a profit and possibly cheap cooking experience Barbarian Fishing - worse experience than normally fishing (a bit slower, but not much slower), but also extra agility and strength experience (good for if you dont like training those skills). Hopefully I've helped and good luck.

High level str training
I would say a dragon scimitar would do just fine, but alot of people these days just arn't satisfied with it. If you think back to the Runescape Classic days, the godsword equivelent was the Rune 2h. So overall I'd say stick with the cheap and reilable Dragon Scimitar, that way you can save your cash for super sets, fury, berkerser ring, and other items for high combat bonuses.

Info on Fly Fishing: XP per hour?
When fly fishing in Shilo Village, I was making around 35-40k xp an hour at 70+ Fishing. So if you pay attention slightly you can most certainly make something around that.

experiments or rock crabs??????
If you want experience quicker, go with Experiments. If your looking for summoning charms as well, go with Rock Crabs (witch by the way is still almost as good as experience as experiments). In the long run, I think Rock Crabs would be more ideal since you also get the summoning charms.

Let Thread Die, Tip It account problems. =[
Hmm, on average any where from 4 - 8 keys. Id say probably 6 Sinister Keys per hour. Including all the extra herbs I get killing the Choas Druids, it amounts to quiet alot.
