With your levels you don't need any prayer pots at all. Get full prayer before you start your run. Kill dharok with prayer. Mage him. Kill Karil with prayer. Spec him with dds. Then whip him to death. Range ahrim, use the remaning prayer on him. Be sure to wear black d'hide armour. Kill guthan, no prayer needed. Mage him Kill Torag, no prayer needed. Mage him Kill Verac, again, no need to pray. Mage him Now go to the tunnels. If you have one of the melee bros then make sure you only kill him at the safespot. If you spawn him in a room whitout a safespot just don't kill him. And just go on untill you get him in a room with a safespot. There are alot of safespots in the tunnels, so this shouldn't be too hard. Kill him from the safespot using magic, no prayer needed. If you got Ahrim tunnel, just put on your range armour and range him to death. You might have to eat a bit of food. But you don't need prayer. If you got Karil tunnel. Drink 1 dose of prayer pot. Then spec him with dds and whip him to death.

Everything went smooth and we didn't got any lurers. Trip became even better when we got a Dragon Axe in the end. Pity I got the drop, and not heph, he really wants to get a dragon drop. I paid Heph for the axe, and kept it myself. 1 More item for my collection

Does D'hide really help vs banshees? I always finish them with full hp in the end whitout eating food. So I sure don't need d'hide :-k

The whip is much better. Whip is much faster than the flail. Which makes it a lot better. Flail isn't good for training.
