talking about Soul Dew? why not just ban the item? They never really like banning items. Someone could easily put Soul Dew on their Lati@s and bluff it as a choice item and then just say "Oh, I was Expert Belted" when they switch up moves. The best option is really to put them in the Ubers tier. To be honest, Latias is much better in Ubers with the Soul Dew than it is in OU without it. Hopefully though, they won't go Uber because I really love both of them, even before I got into competitive. They're also cute as [bleep] in the anime too. Are we talking Wifi or PO? If it's PO it's not really a problem but Wifi I can see them being reluctant to ban items.

well maging does get the job done, especially with pps and soa. i guess it would depend on your levels to see which is more efficient or quicker. since your mage is 10 levels above your range, its probably the case that magic is better. so yes, go with the tokull-zo. no reason to go with seers unless your Zo is on its last limbs or something

This is a new one. First off, you'd get better replies on the Help and Advice Forum. You should ask a mod or admin to move this thread. Secondly, it sounds like you have a bug on your hands, so submit a bug report. Finally, I'd try to recontact them. Try a different email at Jagex and make sure you list all the evidence you have WITHOUT giving away personal information. Dig around, try customer support, forums, etc. Worst comes to worst, you could make a post on RSOF.

It's not really the 10 extra BP that's noteworthy, it's the fact that Volcarona can now efficiently handle both dragons AND heatran Also it gets Roost so it can heal outside of sun

Things I can see being mad OP in BW2: Roost Poison Heal Gliscor, because it heals like 2/3 of its health on 1 turn Fire Punch Haxorus (if it gets it), 2HKO on Skarmory LOL Trick Shadow Tag Chandelure, since walls have no choice put to take the scarf DD Outrage Moxie Salamence, imo the only reason MoxieMence was balanced before was because it couldnt get DD and basically relied on Scarf for speed everything else i see as a pretty nice upgrade but nothing really really gamechanging. stuff like ice punch conkledurr, superpower multiscale dragonite, elemental punch infernape. im borderline on gigadrain chlorophyll venusaur. i don't think it should be THAT bad although its certainly going to be a big threat. sure he heals but its still just an 80 BP move omg you have one tooo its true!!!
